Had some intermittent AC issues over the weekend (in this record breaking heat) and Marcus + Good Men Cooling did everything possible to fix the problem in a timely manner. Great communication, was available to answer any questions or concerns I might have had at pretty much any point in the day. I am sitting in a cool house while it boils over 110+ outside due Marcus and Good Men's efforts this weekend. I will never use another company for AC repairs. We were able to get our A/C fixed just a few hours after we realized it went out! Even at 10pm on a Sunday he wanted to make sure he helped. Marcus is very easy to talk with and welcome into your home. The name says it all, Good Men!

I came home from work to find my AC was blowing hot air and my house temp was stuck at 86 degrees and climbing. I googled and found Marcus' business, read the positive reviews, called him and left a voicemail at 9pm at night, figuring I'd be stuck without a working AC until the morning. Marcus called me back about 10 minutes later and after I explained the situation, he was able to come out that same night and diagnose as well as repair the problem. He was very professional, extremely responsive, and his services were well priced. I'm so appreciative of people like Marcus who are available even after normal business hours to come out and help others! We'll definitely be reaching out to Marcus in the future with any other AC problems we have.
