Fantastic service! I called on Friday night after 9pm in the middle of a major heatwave because my A/C’s outside fan motor stopped running. Not only did they come out that same night but were able to fix my system and have it running on the same visit. I received a call before they arrived too to let me know they were on the way. Had some intermittent AC issues over the weekend (in this record breaking heat) and Marcus + Good Men Cooling did everything possible to fix the problem in a timely manner. Great communication, was available to answer any questions or concerns I might have had at pretty much any point in the day. I am sitting in a cool house while it boils over 110+ outside due Marcus and Good Men's efforts this weekend. I will never use another company for AC repairs.
