Recently used Ace Handyman Services for a new installation of a storm security door. It was definitely 5 star service across the entire teamvery individual I interacted with PV Ace Handymsn service team, The schedule coordinator, as well as the individual craftsmans. They were all sincerly polite, very helpful, and actively worked on personally keeping you in the loop by individually contacting me to confirm appointments, arrival times, and prohect updates. The first craftsman Scott, was. So patient, and went above and beyond not only identifying items I had misordered, but also helping me make correct selections to reorder. He also re crated the door, to help expedite pickup/ exchange of correct door. When Scott was unable to make it back on the day my new door was ready to be installed, Jerry was able to step in, and install my new.door. Jerry was also wonderful to work with. Replaced and painted the rotted and split wood facia on each side (3) of the patio cover. Ace recommended and used pre-primed treated lumber and matched the existing paint color so it blended well with the house. The work was well done and the end result was wonderful.
