I wanted to leave this review because I almost switched to another company. I had a very unpleasant conversation with the call center, I was able to speak to a manager and realized this was not normal for them. I gave them the benefit and kept my appointment and it was a great decision. They have made it a point to be the best out there. Every interaction since has been a great example of customer care and my tech John was amazing! We have decided to purchase a new unit and we are awaiting install. Install happened, but the heating element was not installed. So they dual unit has no heater. They are supposed to come back. After install we were a little confused as the sales guy said out ducts we’re going to be replaced, yet we’re not. Now nobody remembers saying that…. Hmmm….
We had a unit that wasn't working and needed service, scheduled the service call, Skylar Lundburg showed up at the exact time scheduled with a 30 min. call ahead. He quickly assessed we needed a new unit and was able to have it scheduled for installation the NEXT morning! The install crew showed up at the exact time scheduled and did an amazing job! This crew took great care of our home and was educational about the whole process. Skylar stayed in touch with us and is an absolute pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend this company and crew! We were having major issues with our water pressure throughout our home. My husband has another company come out on Sunday. They couldn’t figure out the exact issue. I husband then spent most the day trying to figure it out. He called Ace and made an appointment. Richard came out on Monday and within 10 or so minutes had the issue figured out. It was what we were hoping it wouldn’t be. Our water softener system was done! Richard offered us an estimate to replace the whole system. We weren’t sure what to do. After talking with Richard a little more we had him replaced our whole system. Richard went above and beyond in all aspects of the job. He was truly wonderful!! We are completely satisfied and happy with Richard and Ace Home Services.
