Had my downstairs 5 ton unit go out in the middle of July, 122 degrees it was. These guys came through and replaced my entire 5 ton split system by lunch on the installation day with no hiccups. My go to AC company for all things Air Conditioning related!

Our unit could not withstand the 110*+ Arizona heat wave, I called Alien and Chris managed to squeeze us into there busy schedule. Jeremy arrived and promptly diagnosed our issues and clearly communicated the recommendations.
