My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

Amazing! Had trouble with other companies so I had America Roofing come out. Fast, professional and got everything taken care of. Would highly recommend!

Cons: The estimator was 4 hours late. The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy. The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?) The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered. There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken) I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase "I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work..." Pros: The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
