Cardinal Heating & Cooling

I am 4 years in on my current heat pump that Cardinal put in. There was a minor issue that came up last night. I texted them this morning, and they had me up and running b4 noon. Thanks for the quick response. You guys are awsome!

I had a new trane ac installed a month ago and it stopped working 4 days ago. I've been texting and calling this company for 3 days now and not even a text back. When you call it says the voice mail is full. Buyer beware! Services: A/C system repair, Install AC

this company hires illegals who dont speak english and im willing to bet that none of them have an EPA license. these crooks did an install for a friend of mine and they did not pressure text with nitrogen, nor did they pull vacuum before releasing charge. this is unethical business practice. this unit has had 2 callbacks for the same leak in under 6 months. both times these people do not speak to the resident and they just leave when nobody is looking. then they say it was just blown fuses in their text messages they have loosely translated. they are ignoring the leak until it is out of warranty so they can charge for the service calls. this company is pathetic and each and every person reading this is a fool to gamble on them. ill be calling the EPA after i hit send on this review. i could single handedly do a better job than any one of these border jumpers.
