I had a new trane ac installed a month ago and it stopped working 4 days ago. I've been texting and calling this company for 3 days now and not even a text back. When you call it says the voice mail is full. Buyer beware! Services: A/C system repair, Install AC

Used this service again but got a horrible experience this time. They came in the morning to uninstall my existing working AC and then went to pick up the new units. We waited in the property without AC for 2 hours. After the new units came, they worked for only one and a half hours. Then they left and told me that it is too hot and they need to go somewhere to cool off. We wait in the house without AC. I texted German several times and he never told me when the technicians come back. After 2 hours, I left too. When I just got home, he texted me back and told me that the technicians would arrive after 30 minutes. When they came back, I noticed that another new AC unit disappeared and there is an old AC unit. So I asked the technicians if they actually went to another project. They admitted and told me that they have to follow German's direction. So, we do not have AC until 9:30 pm while this can be completed before 2 pm. No apology from German.
