2 years ago I spent 15,000 dollars for a brand new unit to be installed in my home. The install took two days and everything appeared to be working. Then summer hits and I noticed that there was alot of air coming out of the closet the unit was installed in. When I opened the door I found that the unit had never been connected to ducts. They just put a piece of sheet metal between the unit and the ceiling. Then I called them to come and finish the install correctly and explained the issue. Had to wait a week for the appt. And they sent someone who couldn't fix the issue. When the supervisor called me to see if I was satisfied, I was very upset and he hung up on me. So tomorrow I will be going to their office to complain in person.
Great guys to work with! Our AC went out at 2am and gave them a call and had someone at the house in the morning. Decided to replace the unit and they gave a great price on a new unit and install and it was done the next day. There’s a reason why they have so many positive reviews. The people they send out for initial inspections are very nice but basically sales men. They ask you to give them a positive review on Google and then sit and wait you while you do it in front of them!!! That feels be awkward. Shop around first! This company is no better than any other. Paid thousands extra for vent cleaning and disinfectant with my ac replacement, I saw what they did and i could’ve bought a shop vaccum on my own and sprayed disinfectant (which is what they did) and saved a bunch of money. Signed up for the monthly Sadie deal and it’s completely not worth it and I’ve had it for almost 2 years. They say you’ll get discounts on future work and free maintenance, no discount on my AC replacement, for parts of labor, and my only plumbing inspection he wouldn’t even touch my water heater and just told me I needed a new one. Had someone pressuring me into buying an ac unit when I specifically told him I needed to wait b
