lady took the call asked for an estimated screamed at me and hung up we just wanted an estimete but she was extremely rude.

I hate leaving negative review because it can make or break businesses nowadays. but this company deserve a 1 star review. they installed our roof, a year or so later it started to leak. They came out first time, they just caulked the area, next rainstorm it leaked again. They came out 2nd time, we requested them to fix it properly by doing a leak test, but they ended up caulking again the 2nd time. This latest rainstorm, our ceiling is damaged , our hardwood floor is damaged. Called them and left messages but they never return our phone calls. Please look elsewhere for your roof needs. they do terrible job and will not stand behind their warranty. I wish people that are in the customer service understand that it is so important to take care of your existing customers. and always stand behind your work. Now i had to pay some other company to fix their work. Update 4/21. Owner called and refunded us the money we paid to the other company that fixed the leaky roof. Sounded

My name is David Findley, I called them and they had a manager named Shane call me. I was on a ladder on the side of a building and missed his call. I have called him back and left messages about 6 times with no answer back. Being a contractor in Sidney, I don't feel like that is a good business practice. I will definitely not be referring them to ANY potential customers.
