My a/c blew on a weekend during the hottest part of the year, Island Breeze was the only company that could schedule us in, they arrived within a couple of hours of my call. The person that answered was so sweet and understanding of our stuck situation. The Tech showed up on time, was very professional, and explained the situation to us. Parts weren't available until Monday (totally normal) and I received a call Monday morning with a breakdown, quote, and timeline for the repair, with very fair pricing.
