Jack the Roofer has done three roof replacements on my rental properties and recently on my home. Referred my real estate client for repairs needed on his rental property he was selling. Jack the roofer company gave an estimate, and when they did the repairs they did not notify my client or myself there were former old beehives on the corner of the roof/garage area. They did not close up that area properly ( 1/2 inch gap). Within 3 weeks there was a swarm of bees that came through that gap that had to be removed professionally. When my client and I tried to contact Jack on the phone about this, instead of listening, Jack became very verbally inappropriate and rude. Both my client and I were literally speechless. My client ended up having to hire another roofer to put the roof back together because the buyer did not want Jack to come back to that property again after the mistake they had made prior.
