We noticed our water heater was leaking and no hot water in house Wed. evening. I call Parker and Sons Thurs. morning and had a new water heater operational by lunch time. We also had a circulator installed so that hot water will quickly arrive at all faucets; this will save on water usage by not waiting for hot water to arrive. The installers were friendly and informative and discussed with us all options available without pushing a sales pitch. I am very happy with our results and highly recommend Parker and Sons. We have been tremendously impressed by Parker & Son's tech, David Carlton! The company as a whole has been great, but we ran into a mishap regarding our warranty transfer after our unit stopped working & David took it upon himself to make sure we were taken care of right away. He could have easily just given us a number to call, but instead he made the call himself. He took the initiative to get our warranty transfer issue resolved, along with the help of Ally, & followed up, all in between picking up the part we needed before closing & coming back to install it. He took into account that we had a small child in the home, with the temp reaching 87°+ & made it a priority to have our unit running the same day. We could see how passionate David is about helping his customers. He was informative & so empathetic. Parker & Son's is extremely lucky to have such an incredible tech representing their company.
