Michael was our representative from Parker and Sons and he was a wealth of information without being pushy. He gave us options and worked with us on what would suit our budget and give us the best quality inside our home. We had received quotes from other businesses, but none of them could compete with the professionalism and quality services that Parker and Sons emanated. Ordering our unit was simple, and scheduling was made convenient and timely. The crew that showed up to install were punctual and very polite. They explained how the day would look and what to expect. They were very tidy throughout the installation. We noticed our water heater was leaking and no hot water in house Wed. evening. I call Parker and Sons Thurs. morning and had a new water heater operational by lunch time. We also had a circulator installed so that hot water will quickly arrive at all faucets; this will save on water usage by not waiting for hot water to arrive. The installers were friendly and informative and discussed with us all options available without pushing a sales pitch. I am very happy with our results and highly recommend Parker and Sons. Left a path of destruction. Insulation came out of every bathroom and bedroom vent on the top floor. Drilled 3 1/4 holes in our supply ducts for no reason. Removed all my sealing tape and left it all over the attic. Didn’t properly cut the caulk sealing the attic hatch so a chunk of drywall came out and now it will be a pain to seal. He told my Wife the lifetime K&N filters that are installed need to be replaced monthly in the summer time (instead of cleaning). He was here for 2 hours and had me pay with no inspection proof or work order showing what was tested and what the values were. I took the trash out today and noticed screws loose and missing on both condensing units. So everything he touched is worse than before the Parker and Sons van pulled up. I have no piece of mind which is why I like to do all my own work so this kind of situation doesn’t happen. I don’t have gauges and can’t buy Freon so I guess I’ll go get certified so I don’t have to trust another HVAC tech.
