I am very pleased with the maintenance service by technician Miles on my AC unit yesterday. He has over 20 years experience in the field and was by far the most thorough and professional service that I have experienced. He offered to replace my indoor filter without my requesting him to do so. Kudos to Miles as well as to SG Mechanical for great service. ***** Service: A/C system maintenance
The receptionist was very friendly, cheerful and accommodating to my needs. The Technician, Miles, was also very friendly, communicated with me both before and after the repairs were made. SG is a prime example of how Customers like to be treated, and they also provide the excellent service and Customer care so lacking in today's business world. Anybody asks... call SG!
