We've had a service contract with SG for Summer and Fall/Winter servicing. We had a problem with our AC on 8/4/2023. We called and a service professional was able to come to the house 2 hours after calling. With Phoenix having 31 straight days of 110 degrees+, the response time was phenomenal! I have been using S&G for years. Recently had a unit start to blow warm air and then completely shut down. Called S&G and they were able to send out a technician first thing in the morning. They were able to fix the issue within an hour. However, later in the day, the same unit began to blow warm air again. Called S&G and they immediately sent out a technician. It seams that a part that originally tested as OK in the morning was now reading as bad. They replaced the part for free and no service charge. Andy and the office staff are very professional, are able to schedule service within a reasonable time-frame, and are very reasonably priced. I recommend S&G to anyone needing HVAC service.
