Super Electric

Very professional. This is the second time I have used Super Electric. Pricing is fair and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of having to call for service. We called at 8am, had an appointment window of 12-2p same day, and the tech was actually early. Contacted me by 11a letting me know he was 30 minutes away. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. Robert was amazing. It’s so hard to find trustworthy people nowadays but Super Electric takes the cake. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even made suggestions for what we needed to repair next, which we also had him take care of for us. He is a genuine expert in his field and I will always have him fix all my electrical issues forever. I’ve even recommended him and Super Electric to everyone I know. The dispatch that helps us schedule the technicians was also very nice, and they really try to help get technicians out to you as quickly as possible. This company was very responsive to our emergency power outage due to a fuse issue. They sent someone out to our medical practice ASAP. Travis was amazing, super patient with us and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond to minimize the impact on our clinic.
