I loved Safari plumbing!! My water heater needed to be replaced as well as some pipe work. They came out right after I called, the technician was so friendly, and they gave me the best estimate out of the 4 companies I reached out to. Very Friendly and knowledgeable on plumbing issues, like on our sewage pump for our basement home, they knew just what to do; they advised us on care and approximate expectancy of the pump working. They were quick to come, and had great appointment times. Since last time, my pump, 12 years old, broke to not work again. I called, they came quickly, offer a great price on a new pump and had one in by early afternoon. It's quiet and I don't know that it's there. The gentleman worked quickly and neatly, and was very polite. I had some other trying to fix a leak. He was going to tear out the whole shower, cost me a lot to replace it. I ended up calling Safari Plumbing and he fixed it properly and didn't need to tear out the whole shower. They fixed the problem and saved me a lot of money.

The lady I spoke with at Safari plumbing was very nice and got me scheduled that day. They beat the other competitor’s pricing, which was one of the biggest factors for us. The guy arrived on time and replaced my old, leaky water heater. The new one has been working great with no issues! The guy that installed it was very friendly and did a good job.
