Safari was fast and very service oriented. I was able to get an estimate and work done the same day. Needed a new water heater installed, discussed several times I need a lot of copper sweated due to purchasing a new heat pump water heater and the design is very different. The tech had to double the price after actually taking time to look over the water heater and seeing it was going to take more work. The guy did good work and was fast but sloppy estimate and did not appreciate a quote change after removing old water heater, left me in a stuck position. End result was a negotiation meeting in the middle and job was completed same day. They need to work on education of new products on the market and perform better estimates up front. The lady I spoke with at Safari plumbing was very nice and got me scheduled that day. They beat the other competitor’s pricing, which was one of the biggest factors for us. The guy arrived on time and replaced my old, leaky water heater. The new one has been working great with no issues! The guy that installed it was very friendly and did a good job. We just had our water heater replaced by Joshua of Safari Plumbing (2-27-2019). He was fast and friendly, honest, and efficient. He came within about an hour of my call. He is very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable! He spent extra time with us to explain everything. We highly recommend him! We’re so thankful we finally have a plumber now that we can rely on!
