***Update*** This company is a JOKE! I contacted this company to check our entire ac system. Our unit at the time was only 6 months old. The tech went in the attic for about 15 minutes and came back into the house and told me everything was working perfectly. A couple months later we had an inspector to look over the whole house. Inspector finds the door to the condenser wide open. I had been cooling my attic for months. There was evidence that door had been open for at least 6 months. When I called to have Cool guys come out. They tell me that they will come out but I have to pay 95$ and they blamed it on the company who Installed the unit. The fact that this had been opened for months and the tech told me everything was fine, I refused to pay anything. I was told there was nothing they could do about the fee. I am over the moon with my new A/C unit and smart thermostat! Josh was very patient in explaining everything: process, estimate, warranty, fees, and timeline. After approving my quote, the scheduling office reached out to set an installation date. I received confirmation texts and reminders the day before and when the crew was on their way. The installation team was very punctual, professional, and respectful. I would recommend The Cool Guy anytime :)
