We've waited for our water heater to be fixed for 2 weeks. They say they are waiting in a part to fix it but won't give us any ETA.
Came home from a weekend out of town to find the AC had gone out, house was 97 degrees. Called RCS the next morning at the recommendation of a friend and RCS sent someone out the same day. They identified the problem and replaced the broken part on the spot. AC is up and running and the house is cool again. They didn’t try to up-sell me or charge outrageous fees. I’ll be using RCS in the future. Service: A/C system repair
Alec came to fix a leak in our kitchen. He was right on time, very professional, and extremely proficient. Great experience all around.
