AC by J

We use AC by J for all our AC and plumbing. It is nice to see the workers showing up on time and doing quality work. We had a major plumbing repair at our house where the main sewer line (under the foundation) needed to be replaced and the work went as planned and on budget. Highly recommended.

My dad is 81 years old, and our AC went out during one of the hottest AZ summers on record. Needless to say, we were in a bind. Within about 24 hours, AC by J had a new unit installed and ready to go. They were like a professional SEAL TEAM with a mission, and they blew us away with their efficiency and get-it-done attitude. They were professional, honest, and on time. And most importantly, they prioritize seniors. And thank God they did! Within a few hours of our AC going out, the temperature in our home rose to 98 degrees! And that's dangerous for anyone. What was most surprising about AC by J was that we were first time customers, and they still got us taken care of in 24 hours. One of the other places we had used before couldn't get anyone out to even look at our unit for two days! I can't say how grateful we are that AC by J got us taken care of.
