The dispatch team was responsive and understanding of me during our AC being down on the hottest day of the year, 119°! Was able to get the technician Jason out to my house in 24 hrs of my call. He was great. Friendly (to my dog to!) And professional. He was able to fix our AC with new fuses and a new motor within 90 minutes. Thank you Kelly, Colleen, DeeDee, Jason and everyone in the team!! I recommend AC by Jay. Ive used them for all my water heater, plumbing and AC needs for about 2 years now.
Used the electrician service to restore power to half the house after a storm. Brian and Todd were friendly courteous and kept me up to date on their progress. My dad is 81 years old, and our AC went out during one of the hottest AZ summers on record. Needless to say, we were in a bind. Within about 24 hours, AC by J had a new unit installed and ready to go. They were like a professional SEAL TEAM with a mission, and they blew us away with their efficiency and get-it-done attitude. They were professional, honest, and on time. And most importantly, they prioritize seniors. And thank God they did! Within a few hours of our AC going out, the temperature in our home rose to 98 degrees! And that's dangerous for anyone. What was most surprising about AC by J was that we were first time customers, and they still got us taken care of in 24 hours. One of the other places we had used before couldn't get anyone out to even look at our unit for two days! I can't say how grateful we are that AC by J got us taken care of.
