Quality and value will be told over time, based on how the unit performs. However, the professionalism, responsiveness and being on time is in the moment. I can honestly say that all three of these categories are excellent, from the salesperson to the installers. Most importantly, the installers we also friendly, caring about my property, and had good workmanship. To date, I totally recommend AC by J!

We use AC by J for all our AC and plumbing. It is nice to see the workers showing up on time and doing quality work. We had a major plumbing repair at our house where the main sewer line (under the foundation) needed to be replaced and the work went as planned and on budget. Highly recommended.

The dispatch team was responsive and understanding of me during our AC being down on the hottest day of the year, 119°! Was able to get the technician Jason out to my house in 24 hrs of my call. He was great. Friendly (to my dog to!) And professional. He was able to fix our AC with new fuses and a new motor within 90 minutes. Thank you Kelly, Colleen, DeeDee, Jason and everyone in the team!! I recommend AC by Jay. Ive used them for all my water heater, plumbing and AC needs for about 2 years now.
