Octavio and Cheryl at Larson’s are very professional. This is the second time Octavio has helped me in two different properties. Octavio is timely and he is brilliant in his work. He quickly assessed the problems and diagnosed the issues at hand. Before he proceeded to fix and replace the parts he obtained approval from the owner. Octavio works fast and efficiently! Octavio is the MOST HONEST person and will repair and fix as opposed to try to get you to buy a new unit!! HE IS AMAZING !! He fixed everything when others said a new unit was needed!! Larson's team is amazing! They walked me through every step of having one a/c fixed and the other two replaced- they even sent emails ahead of time so I would know who to expect! They worked hard and truly went the extra mile and showed me how to work the new thermostats, change filters,etc. Thank you Caleb, Zack, Mike, and Dawson!
