Sam was very professional in his work, and layed out all that was needed, and repaired what I needed, and got my immediate problems rectified. First of all. I have to say Octavio is a first rate professional. Very helpful, knowledgeable and I will ask for him every time I call Larson. He was extremely thorough and a heck of a nice guy. I have been with Larson AC since they first came to AZ. Over the years, they have installed 3 units and provided all of our ongoing maintenance. We continue to be pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the technicians. Octavio did a fantastic job on his last visit. He was thorough, fair, and communicative.
