I am remodeling an older 80s home and with it has come many surprises including unexpected electrical issues. When gutting the bathrooms, I lost all power to many outlets and light fixtures. Jerry from Mister Sparky did an extremely thorough inspection and quickly identified possible causes. He set reasonable expectations and was great at explaining what we might be looking at for repair. First thing the next morning he had his techs Arbi and Zamar sent out. Both men were professional, neat, knowledgeable, and very kind. They solved the issue quickly and took care of other jobs with courtesy and care such as installing a chandelier, LED mirrors, and bathroom lights. They also saved me $1k on my bidet by finding a safer and better way to wire it. We were thrilled to see Corey Sneden, from Mister Sparky, again. He had previously handled plaster repair and painting following a complete rewiring by the company, for which he was neat, thorough and clean. When he returned today for some warranty work on two outlets the rewiring team had left inactive, we were delighted. It took some time, but he made them both work. And then, he not only cleaned up the mess left by the rewiring team under our new electrical panel, he even used the pile of tiles they had strewn on the ground to build an access path to the panel, totally above and beyond expectations!
