The scheduler was pleasant and set up an appointment date to accommodate my deadline. Garrett Nelson arrived on time, did a thorough review of the area needing modifications, and patiently explained possible options to me, including reasons for the options. After reviewing the estimate Garrett prepared, I felt comfortable with my understanding of the situation and my decision to schedule the job with Canyon State with Garrett performing the work.

Super people. James the sales guy was awesome. Axel and Jesse worked so hard to setup my new AC. The man of the hour was Dion. This guy really knows his business. Thanks so much you guys! Today on August 11th as a follow-up a wonderful super extremely professional gentleman showed up from canyon State by the name of Eric. He was so receptive to my concerns about an issue with my new AC. I have such faith in him and this company that they will help me to understand and figure out a solution to my AC issue. It's not major one, it's fixable. And I know they'll be able to fix it. This is really a thoughtful family type company.

Unit 1 a/c needed service, Alec did an amazing job assessing it, checking the entire system, made the necessary repairs promptly, and was a total professional. Canyon State should be very proud to have him as a ream member. Thanks to him, our family is comfortable once again. Thank you!
