Bohen Air was awesome!! Called early Monday morning due to air conditioning not cooling on a 112 degrees day…. Martin responded quickly to schedule appointment and was there on time to fix the problem without breaking the bank. Also provided me with helpful knowledge and tips. Used Bohen for the first time today. Great experience all-around! On-line scheduling was easy and quick. Got a text when he was on his way, which was also nice. Martin was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was clearly more thorough than the company I had been using for maintenance before, and he explained and demonstrated all his findings along the way. He also asked for permission to proceed for every step. His work was efficient. It was obvious he knew what he was doing without hesitation. I had complete confidence in his diagnosis and work. His fee was also fair. Lastly, he left no trace when he was done...everything was nice and clean, inside and out. I feel completely secure in the knowledge that my system in in tip-top shape right before the summer heat. I'll definitely use Bohen from now on! Highest recommendation!
