Josh was able to arrive within an hour or so after our emergency call. Our A/C suddenly quit and we had a houseful of guests including an out of town family. He quickly discovered the problem, was able to apply an interim fix to get the cool air going again until Ryan was able to do the permanent fix the next day. My neighbor had Ryan, owner of King Charles, replace the anode in his hot water heater and check the AC unit. He spoke very highly of King Charles, so when I saw the King Charles service truck at another neighbor's house, I asked the technician, Josh, if they could check my hot water heater and AC. Josh said he could do it at the end of the day and suggested I call the office to schedule with Ryan. They came at the end of the day as promised. Both Josh and Ryan were very professional, honest, personable and prompt, and charged very reasonable prices. I was very pleased with their service and would certainly recommend them. Ryan and crew performed preventative maintenance on my water heater. They arrived on time, and replaced the anode quickly. They also gave the water heater a general check over. Their price was reasonable and they were very professional. I will use them again.
