M&R Refrigeration

We woke up at 4am this morning to no air conditioning, it went out during the night. After several frantic calls to 24 hour AC companies, a friend recommended M&R. I called, and they were able to get to our house by 8am , and our tech Oscar, had the unit running in 40 minutes! Oscar arrived on time, was friendly, polite, and personable. He identified the damaged part within minutes, showed, and explained the damage before replacing the part. He could have told us that we needed 5 parts replaced, and we were so panicked, we probably would’ve gone along with it. But he was honest, and we knew he wasn’t ripping us off. I hired this company to repair my air conditioning system, and they did an outstanding job. The technician was very professional and courteous and could diagnose the issue quickly and accurately. I can't thank him enough for his hard work.

The repair of my furnace was quite intricate and challenging, but the technicians showed impressive skill in handling the job. They did more than what was required and I am thankful for their earnest efforts in completing the task rapidly and meticulously.
