Had to call them. No one would come out till the next day or 2. The other company i used before don't have my guy that i used to have. He retired. So i had to pick Alaskan to help me out. I had animals in the house to take care of I had to pay the service charge but it was taken off at the end when they did the repair. Thank goodness for that. Had a special going on that's why I called. Wish it was cheaper but I had to get it done quickly with my animals. Service: A/C system repair

The company was very helpful and accommodating. Came right out for an appointment . Did not cancel like other companies. Gave me a window when the tech would arrive. When I got a phone call the tech was on the way , provided a tracker to show where is and what time would arrive, nice feature. Freddy arrived , very nice and helpful. Called Alaskan AC and heating to do annual maintenance on our AC due to it not performing at maximum efficiency during this very unusual heatwave. FREDDIE the technician showed up well within the arrival window. He explained what the service consisted of and immediately went to work. Freddie was very methodical in his procedures and kept us informed periodically to include photos of all his inspection. When all was said and done, Freddie discussed the immediate issue as well as the resolve and cost involved. After addressing the main issue, he then very methodically continued the rest of his inspection. Upon completion, Freddie sat down with us and went through the whole inspection beginning to end with photos of each component he inspected. He covered each component showing its current condition and its functionality in the future. With that said, we opted to replace several old and worn components with a cost of a couple thousand dollars versus possibly having to replace the whole
