I was unable to replace a cartridge in shower that was broken and damaged, so I no water and it was on a late Saturday afternoon. Mike responded from west valley area, kept me updated on time of arrival and arrived on time. Mike was professional, completed the replacement in a timely manner and price was reasonable considering it was a weekend and difficult to remove the old, damaged cartridge.
