Savage Air Conditioning

Savage has been amazing. I've had their membership program for a few years and worked with several of their techs. Every person I've dealt with has been responsive, on time, knowledgeable, and kind. Pat, who manages customer service, is on top of everything and goes out of her way to help. I even called in an issue on a holiday weekend at 6 p.m., and Savage came the next morning (on a Sunday!) at 7:45 a.m.! We had a few leaks that needed welding then evacuate and re-charge the lines. Michael did a great job. He took pics of the leaks before and after the repair. I do recommend them however the cost was higher than we expected. We paid $1500 for the repair and recharge which included the 3 hr labor. The receipt does not breakdown the cost so I have no idea how much the labor is or how much the 410a cost per pound installed.

Thank you for getting here within 6hrs of the call and keeping the repair under $250. My other quotes went from $500 to $8000. I will be recommending you in the future. Very much appreciated.
