I used Air Excellence Heating &Cooling last year to check the HVAC system. I used the coupon offering a great price for the first time customers. The technician Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful ,and checked the system thoroughly. I called them this year again. And again I was very pleased with the service. After a surprise A/C outage, we contacted Air Excellence Heating & Cooling on a Friday morning, hoping we could get somebody to investigate the problem. Spoke with Bibi, who advised that a Tech would be available for sure on Saturday, but if a cancellation arose, she would send a Tech out. received a call from Tech Rich, shortly thereafter, suggesting he would arrive in 30 minutes (which he did), although the A/C unit could not be fixed, Rich patiently explained the problem (likely a frozen compressor). We will be replacing the A/C unit and expect a bid sometime today (Saturday). We are very impressed with everyone with whom we came in contact with at the Company. Service: A/C system repair
