My 86 year old mother called me yesterday to tell me her air conditioning was not working. She used to be a snowbird from Wyoming but now lives in Tucson year round. I’ve been using Air Excellence for years and I knew they should be the first HVAC business I call. In less than 10 minutes I had my mom scheduled for the next morning at 10:00am (this was at.4:30 in the afternoon on June 28 during a time of excessive heat warning). Rich showed up before the scheduled time and had my mom’s air conditioning working within an hour. My mom told me that Rich was very nice and extremely professional.
