Truly fair and honest! Good equipment, repeat customer...16 years later.
My mom's A/C went out late afternoon yesterday when it was over 100 degrees out. Called Air Pro, who installed unit 4 years ago, & Diego was able to come by within the hour. He and another tech were able to fix the problem on the spot and all was covered under warranty. My 93-year old mother was more than happy! Thank you, Diego, for going the extra mile & getting it cool again for my mom! Excellent work--Air Pro stands behind their product & warranty!
Polite and on time. But charged more than were told by a significant amount,. Example: charged $225 for a thermostat that retails at home depot for $53. Have contacted them twice about this overcharging and was promised a return call within 30 minutes, but no call back. Not recomended unless you have money to waste.
