Dishonest. Said they came on Monday and I wasn't home but my doorbell camera didn't see them and I was home almost all day. Also said there were no problems with my roof when I know there are and have pictures.
This company is doing something right! They are booked several months out. That is a great problem to have. They are great by calling you and letting you know and not leaving you hanging.
I recently discovered my neighbor had his entire roof replaced due to hail damage in 2015. My painter noticed some shingle wear on my roof and recommended I get a roofing bid. I had four bids and found my homeowners had changed my deductible very high without my knowledge. It was American Roofers that were very honest and told me I had another 5 to 10 years to go on my roof. They recommended some maintenance and when some problems arose, they made it work with a very caring attitude. Jason and Shawn represent the kind of customer service we all wish we would get when entering any business. I will return to them in the future.
