Breezeways Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Perry

Be very careful doing business with breezeways. They charged me almost as much as a new air conditioner to fix a three year old air conditioner that was just out of service warranty but still under manufactures warranty. They didn’t tell me about the fee until it was done. They sent me an estimate which went to my spam and I never saw. They seem to think that this constitutes an agreement to pay that. I allowed work to go ahead because I was verbally told by the technician that there would be a labor charge. Having not mentioned any exorbitant fees, I falsely assumed it would be a normal service fee. They bullied me into paying the bill in the end. I did business with breezeways for years and I’ve had bad experiences since new management took over a couple years ago. It is not the same business and I expect they won’t last long. Chandler was friendly, knowledgeable and he gave me a satisfactory estimate, but the best thing was he and Ray were able to install the unit within 2 days in the 90 degree heat in a reasonable amount of time. He also gave me lots of info and the booklets. Beyond that he adjusted all of my vents which I was unable to do. I appreciate the professionalism and was very happy with my service.
