Done Rite Services

I returned from vacation to find my AC unit was not working. I called Done Rite Services early the next morning and the office staff worked miracles to get a technician to me the same day. Todd arrived right on time and had my unit back up and running in no time at all. Fast, efficient, and affordable. I would give Done Rite Services the highest marks available.

I want to share some of my experience with Cary and TODD YARNES at Done Rite. My a/c went out in August. I called to see if I could get an estimate. I spoke to Cary who said Todd would be out that day - within 4 hours. Same day appointment. Unheard of in this heat with a/c people. Todd and I talked a bit on the phone where he explained a few things to me. I told him I would be in a teleconference when he came, and my daughter would not let him in the house unless he yelled at the door he was Todd with the a/c company. Next thing I know, I receive a text Todd is on his way, with a picture of him!!! Total score. I showed the picture to my daughter and told her THIS was the person she could let in. I was in my teleconference and I heard a man yelling near our house "THIS IS TODD WITH DONE RITE." I could hear my daughter let him in and show him where the unit was. I'm not sure how long it was, maybe 15-20 minutes. I heard Todd tell my daughter he was leaving. I guess my daughter didn't get

Yesterday, Our air conditioner stop working and the house was gradually getting hotter. I called Done Rite Services at 2:10 pm the woman who answered the phone said that she would send someone over between 3pm and 5pm. Technician, Jordan Benjamin arrived at 3:20 pm and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a bad condenser which he replaced within an hour. I did not have to pay anything as I purchase the AC for them a year ago and it was covered under warranty. I have been using Done Rite/Emmco for the last five years and have had excellent service from everyone they have sent over.-Jim S. Service: HVAC system repair
