Austin was awesome. I had received several estimates for major plumbing repairs that were in the range of buying a car. Austin came, looked at the situation, assessed the locations involved in doing the repairs and gave me an estimate half of what the others were. Drain Medics arrived on the day and time they said they would be here. They did what they said they would, how they said they would and even did more than expected. They identified other issues and took care of it, because as Austin said “it’s the right thing to do.” They finished on time and cleaned up everything, leaving it looking better than it was when they arrived. Let’s not forget about Markland ( I hope I spelled it right) he was just as awesome as Austin. Austin, who is one of the business owners, arrived promptly to inspect my poorly flushing toilets. After augering them and finding little improvement, he investigated the issue thoroughly. Finding no obstructions from the drain to sewer line, he was able to conclude that hard water deposits had rendered my nearly 30-year-old toilets incapable of producing a consistent flush.
