The owner responded to my residence for an AC outage. The outside temperature was 111 degrees. He arrived and promptly went to work. He discovered that the unit was extremely dirty which May have lead to the outage. It should be noted I WAS on a contract with another AC company for twice a year check up and cleaning. Obviously the unit had not been cleaned in years. The Fusion owner cleaned the unit and our AC was restored. A secondary check up revealed dust on a component that was also problematic. I used Fusion plumbing a year ago and now their AC response. Both are the best when I thought I had the best.
Adam and Chris did a professional and complete job getting my reverse osmosis system back in working order after a “handyman” completely botched it up. Their knowledge and dedication to making this system perfect is evident and greatly appreciated by us. I highly recommend them and will definitely use Fusion Plumbing and Air for any future work. It was so nice to deal with competent honest people who care and take pride in their work!
Two days before a holiday weekend, we discovered a leaking water line. Fusion was able to respond in impressive time, evaluate the issue, and get to work on a solution. Kyle in particular, was professional and diligent in diagnosing the problem as well as willing to put in the hard work to excavate the crumbling water line and free it from major tree roots and concrete. It turned into a bigger job than expected, but Fusion was able to supply a team who was ready to work, completed the job in a timely manner, and left us very satisfied with the result.
