James got my problem resolved!! He walked in heard how my almost brand new system sounded and instantly knew there was an issue. He correctly diagnosed the issue and spent hours painstakingly ensuring that it was fixed and wouldn’t reoccur again. I barely knew he was here until he asked me to turn it on and the system began cooling better than it ever has before. James was extremely professional and responsive and really spent the time to make sure he got it right. Really amazing work. I loved the experience with this company, start to finish! I just bought my house, and it needed updates to the heating and cooling. I called and I was able to get an appointment for the next day for a consultation. Zack was incredible! I’ve never talked to someone with such a great attitude, and he has a story for everything! Had me laughing the whole time! He walked me through exactly what my options were, positives and negatives of each, and I even ended up picking the option I didn’t think I would (but is definitely a better fit for my lifestyle and home). Typically their technicians, try and sell you things that you do not need. Kyle, however, is very honest, and only tells you what you need. I appreciate honesty, more than anything. I will always upgrade my service based on honesty. Kyle did an amazing job, his attention to detail was spectacular, his professionalism spoke volumes.
