We had a sewage backup emergency on a Sunday. We called and they told us it would be about 25-30min depending on traffic. It was exactly 30 minutes when the technician got to our house. He was professional and let us know what he was going to do. He got done and provided more information on next steps. We were very pleased with his work. Thank you!!

I called Mr. Rooter at 3pm after I waited 4 hours for a different company who never called or showed. Mr Rooter was very professional and courteous. The technician was MARTIN I can't say enough on how knowledgeable and polite he was, being a retired granite installer I know when someones knows their stuff, Martin was clean and did an AWESOME JOB HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND OF COURSE MARTIN Service: Sewer cleaning
