Felt like I was dealing with sales people on commission rather than an actual plumber who was called to perform a service. Now that I know better I will never be using Mr Rooter again. Outrageous pricing And consistently trying to get me to completely replace my sewer line even though there was nothing wrong with it. 4 or 5 different technicians came out to clear tree roots from my sewer line. After they forgot to document that the backup was indeed caused by tree roots, they couldn’t remember the cause of the backup because every single technician that came out no longer worked for the company (which that in itself is a huge red flag) unfortunately I’ve learned my very expensive lesson and I would encourage anyone to use a different company.

The young man (I believe, Javier) who serviced our kitchen drain was so polite, skilled, and professional I couldn’t believe it. While he worked, we spoke to each other like old friends. The entire experience was actually pleasant. We have become so used to bad service, bad attitudes, and terrible results, this was refreshing. And to top,it off, the price was affordable. The technician phoned and told me his arrival time. He arrived on time. I described my problem, showed him the sewer access and discussed previous blockages due to roots. He approached the problem in a methodical way and tried several options and then successfully cleared my sewer roots. He gave me information about using products to minimize root growth. It was a Sunday on a 3-day weekend and I was anticipating all my inconveniences. Within two hours of my phone call, all my problems were solved! Thank you. Service: Sewer cleaning
