I have used Nichols for 30 years for my heating and air conditioning. I can’t recommend them enough. Not only do they help me with heating and air-conditioning but if I need another vendor, they help me with referrals to trusted people that have done work on my property. They are reasonably priced, honest, hard-working, and deliver great service. And the owner, Phil, is always accessible, warm and welcoming..
Our AC went out at the end of May when it was near 100°F. I called Nichols early AM and Phil came out within 3 hours checked out our rooftop unit and replaced a bad motor capacitor. We were back up and running. Super friendly service, we will have them do our maintenance now going forward.
