Sergio saved the day when my water heater started to leak Friday night. He walked me though what I needed to do to prevent any further leaking and damage to the home and was out promptly to replace the unit. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I had a small pinhole leak develop in the service line in my garage due to the original installer pulling the plastic pipe too tight and kinking it 25 yrs ago. I called OTW and they had somebody here within 30 min! They made an optimum and economical fix by simply splicing out the damaged section. They're first on my list to call next time.
Had a great experience. Needed some work done to replace our pressure regulator. While the plumber was looking at the work he made some suggestions that made sense that I liked.
