WPE used scare tactics about how my home would explode if I did not replace the T&P value immediately. The plumber from WPE made it look like the valve would not budge when he was actually just pinching it really hard. After his theatrical performance, I effortlessly showed him that you need to lift and not pinch. My trust was lost and so was his sales pitch.
