Jack was referred to us by a neighbor who said, "This company is top notch." We called for a consultation, received an immediate response, and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Jack was on time, listened carefully, inspected the roof, and sent us the estimate that evening. We checked the State of Arizona Contractors website for licensing and the web for reviews and found all to our satisfaction. We felt the estimate was reasonable for the scope of work involved. He was very personable, professional and thorough in the estimate provided. We opted for the 2 layers of roof coating with a 5 year warranty. They also paid special attention to the scuppers, parapets, and areas around the 2 a/c units, as well as recommended that the unused rooftop satellite be removed to prevent any problems that could arise, which we agreed and he did.
