I own an older 1960s home with original galvanized pipes...needless to say that is starting to become a problem in its old age. Recently there was an issue with the kitchen sink backing up, and the tenants (who are in the process of moving out) called on Christmas Eve. Rooter Ranger was the only company available that did not charge overtime fees (they never do, as I found out which is great!) and they were able to come the same day. The problem turned out to be a little more complex, so it was recommended to do a camera inspection and a kitchen flush to try and clean out the years of sediment in the pipes. The techs were great, even with moody tenants that made getting inside to do service difficult they were friendly, on-time and courteous. The charges were reasonable and the service was quick. The recommendations were also on point and I plan on using this company when I move back in and make plumbing updates. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Service: Drain cleaning
