We have been using Samson and Sons since we bought our house and they are excellent. They are professional and take the time to listen and answer any questions you may have concerning your HVAC system. I highly recommend Samson and Sons for all of your HVAC needs.
The diagnostic appointment went great but don't expect anyone to complete the actual needs of your unit. They set me up with an appointment and never showed up to do the work. Jose is an informative and helpful tech, just wish they would have followed through to complete the work when they said they would.
We appreciate the communication and the service for our heating and air conditioning. Living in Tucson it is important to have a service plan with an HVAC company and Samson and Son's is wonderful to work with. Service: HVAC system maintenance
