I had a new ac system installed in August. The whole process from purchase to installation was professional. Everyone knew what was being done through the whole process. I have never seen a company so well organized. The technicians knew what they were doing and kept me informed every step of the way. My only problem is that I can't sleep because the new system is so quiet. I also had a plumbing problem and it was resolved at the same time. I will definitely use them again.

I have used Strongbuilt on more than one occasion over the years at multiple locations. They have always been very good about identifying issues as they arise and communicating what should be done, what can be done and offering a menu of services for preventative maintenance as well. You Guys hit a grand slam with your service. As expected , my A/C unit failed on the hottest day of the year so far. After a brief call , you sent out a tech. ASAP and he was on time ,professional ,courteous and informative of my options concerning repairs or replacement. Very open and visually showed me the problem and alternatives.
