I have used Strongbuilt on more than one occasion over the years at multiple locations. They have always been very good about identifying issues as they arise and communicating what should be done, what can be done and offering a menu of services for preventative maintenance as well. Whether it was a dud of an AC unit on a new-build or working on my 110 yr old craftsman home, they took the time to understand the system and did great work. My AC stopped working this week and I needed someone out as soon as possible to help figure out what I needed to do. I have pets so I was mostly concerned about leaving them home during the day with no AC. TJ came out, inspected the system and really helped me understand what was going on. He was super nice and personable and I really appreciated that he took his time to explain what was going on. I needed a new system ASAP and they actually got me in for installation the next day, which was beyond helpful. I had used Strongbuilt and very impressed with their service. I call them in the afternoon and Jeff Gray, the technician, arrived that evening. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me information that will be very useful in the future. He was very kind, knowleagable and explained everything thoroughly. I ended up buying their maintenance plan to have peace of mind. I know I will be in good hands.
