I had my roof resurfaced about a year ago with a 3 year warranty for leaks. After a year the roof developed a leak into the kitchen so I called Justin 5 times with no response. He does not stand behind his supposed warranty. Service: Roof repair

2 1/2 years ago we hired Justin of Tucson Roof Coatings to examine our 2800 sq. ft. flat roof because we had a very small leak. The roof has 39 solar panels installed on it, which have to be carefully avoided when performing repairs. He repaired the leak, plus built-up areas of the roof to prevent ponding, and guaranteed his work. He also advised that we should consider more thorough roof work, including complete patching, complete stucco repairs and new elastomeric coating in the future, and even gave us a written estimate - but insisted we didn't need it yet. Recently we decided to have the complete roof update done as a preventative measure - the roof showed no signs of leaking since the repair. Justin came out to inspect, and proposed the extensive work he had quoted on so long ago at the same price, no increase. We actually had him also do more extensive repair and painting of the stucco cracks, for a very slight upcharge. He was able to work us in to his schedule and start about

I've referred Justin to 3 of my friends in the Tucson area. (They're not very open to give compliments, lol, so I'm doing it.) All 3 had great experiences and the roofs are still holding up well. I'd recommend Justin to anyone in need of roof work!
