Roger Cox A C & Heating

We bought a “supposedly” a new AC unit for our restaurant ,we installed 2.5 tons bigger unit because they said that will be better and here we have ben having trouble consistently and we are still under warranty and they are very hard to get to come here. Today is only 92 outside and inside is 81 , what about when it hits over 100 . I have ben trying to get them To come to the restaurant for almost a month now. I would keep my review updated , because I really don’t like to give bad reviews but also don’t want to get treated like this. Update: i wish i knew i have to leave a review to get a call back and be told that only the owner who has be in “vacation “ fo a month is able to work on that kind of AC-units, what about the install! Hope he shows up Wednesdays like he says and doesn’t give me excuses about oven or anything else but just make the AC work please. Service: Install AC
