I was in a very difficult situation, I had no power it was late on an extremely hot Friday night, I needed electricity because I was afraid the house would become to hot and put they lives of my animals in danger, I was calling dozens of electricians trying to find availability, becoming extraordinary stressed because I wasn’t having any luck that was until I called Dynamic Power, who gave probably some of the best customer service I have ever received, When I called Chaim who was in the middle of dinner took the time to listen to the issue about my electricity. I frantically asked when his soonest availability would be to fix the electrical issue and he had responded by helping me in the middle of his dinner to resolve this issue over the phone, he asked me a couple of questions about the electrical issue and asked me to flip my breakers when that didn’t work he intelligently asked if I was in a house, to which I let him know I was in a townhouse, with that info he was able to tell me
