First, I seldom take the time to write reviews and if I do they are generally not the result of a positive experience. Our house was built in 1967 and the bathrooms had little or no updates since then. We needed all 3 bathrooms remodeled ( Master, Guest & our kid’s bath). After reviewing Yelp and Google reviews on several companies in our area I reached out to three of them for estimates. The estimates were all within a couple thousand dollars of each other and I ended up going with Palatin Remodeling based their customer reviews and the fact that they had been in business here for decades. In addition to the quality of the work, my other concern was how long it was going to take. Gil Palatin said he needed about 2 months but also depended upon how long we took to make our material selections, etc. Well get this, they started the demo of the first bathroom on August 3rd and they had all three completed with final inspection sign-off by September 17th. That’s 45 days for three bathrooms

Don’t hire this company. Hired them to remodel my shower. Terrible, Terrible, terrible. A brand new shower with cracks in grout, crooked shower plate, little to no supervision by owner and I paid him big bucks for this sorry work.

I have a lot of experience with home renovations and with a design background (and a little OCD) - with all honesty, I'm a challenging client. Just ask any of my previous contractors. I recently had the pleasure of working with Gil Palatin on my latest remodel and his crew did a terrific job. This project involved multiple rooms, with very challenging design and structural elements and several job order changes mid-stream. Gil was a great partner in problem solving, was always available night and day for questions or concerns and delivered exactly what I was after. We stayed on time and on budget. This is the first contractor I will use again and I highly recommend Gil and his very capable and professional crew for all your remodeling and construction needs.
