of all the days of the week to leak/clog/break, my toilet chose the one day most of us like to rest--Sunday. Fortunately, I have been seeing their trucks all over Alameda, so they were my first call. Not only did they respond promptly to my web inquiry, they answered the phone when I called...on a Sunday. Ruben and his assistant was sent out and I couldn't have asked for a better crew. They were courteous, professional and quick. They will be first call if there is a next time. Highly recommended.
Very pleased with Big Brothers Plumbing who resolved problems with a poorly functioning toilet in a timely and professional manner for us. Jesus was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly as he assessed the issues and worked quickly to replace parts and get the job done. I called multiple local plumbing companies to schedule an appointment. Big Brothers was by far the most responsive and helpful.
