Did not show after two weeks of calling.

I had an appointment made and they did not show up I called later and asked why and they said they just made the appointments but the technician did not want to do the job. At least they could of called me before I prepared for the person to come, but I got no courtesy call to tell me they were not coming. Apparently having someone wait for them is not important..keep that in mind. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Five Stars!! The tech came on time and worked the whole way through. He did most of the tasks we needed. Treated me with respect, knowledgeable and willing to work on a relatively small job with a high degree of care.
