Lyndon Lim arrived on a Sunday morning as the best kind of professional - pleasant, helpful, asking questions politely, assessing and explaining things to me patiently. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade. Once Lyndon made a diagnosis, he explained all the steps he was about to take and then immediately set to work. I had a flooded toilet, bathtub, and shower. It was as unpleasant and as stressful as you can possibly imagine. (I should mention that earlier in the week we had two different plumbers attempts to fix the situation with no avail and I might add with infinitely less attention to detail and communication).
