We have a house in Laguna Hills with a flat roof and a tile roof portion. We had some leaking in the areas under the flat roof, due partially to the fact that the roof was past it’s prime, wasn’t installed well to begin with, and garden-style drains that had been used originally we’re clogging and leaking.
